Went in for a flat tire. Came out with the cabin air filter sitting on my seat and they forgot to put my spare tire back in my car.
Gene always makes you feel like you're the most important person that is there when you arrive. The video was very thorough from the tech and made me feel that it was inspected properly
Good for an oil change. Bit difficult to trust after they recommended a new air filter with a photo of another air filter. When I went to change the filter myself it was in pristine condition. I emailed and phoned to alert management but no one responded. Otherwise the guys that work the service counter are awesome.

I have been bringing my Honda's to Gainesville Honda for about two years now and I am equally pleased today as I was with them on day one. The showroom area is clean, of course, but the service areas are clean as well. There is a small cafe in the service waiting area that is open for hyphenated hours, but it's a bonus when they're open. If there were more issues than what what I initially came in for then they would let me know so that I can decide if I wanted to take care of that and also let me know if it was something that I could wait on.
Had a fantastic experience at this dealership. We stopped here first and made the mistake of leaving & heading to Honda of Ocala - where we walked out because the experience was so poor. My Ridgeline was serviced in a professional manner and I’m pleased with that.
That said I do have some comments. I’m average height at 5’9” so the cockpit settings aren’t abnormal BUT why a technician has to readjust the seat and mirrors just to move into a service bay is a mystery. Still easily remedied.
NOW my beef. The computer controls on a modern vehicle are complicated from Bluetooth to tire pressure. Every time I have a vehicle serviced the technician has “monkeyed” with all these settings. Never are they restored to the condition went serviced.

Everything was explained to me. I was kept up to date on my car. Prices were discussed so ai could make up my mind. Everyone was courteous from the man who greeted me outside and walked me in to Suzy who handled the details and answered my questions to the man who was there when I picked up my car.
